Are you sure it's a Fissure Tear? I had one a while back that my Dr said was caused from being constipated and the skin around my, ah, exit has been torn from being under too much pressure and I got told off for not eating enough Fibre, but personally I blame the pregnancy hormones . I put up with it for a good 2 months before I went to my DR... there is just something about spreading my cheeks so someone can see my hole that just wasn't appealing to me, but jeez I'm glad I did. And Bleed... yep, don't I know it.

Damn painful... but what you have sounds alot worse and alot more frustrating! Mine was cleared up just using a bit of dermaid and thrush cream around there 3 times a day for 2 weeks, not sure how you would go putting that internally though... I also have been using a soap free wash/gel down there called Pinetarsol to prevent it from happening again.

I hope you get it sorted out soon, you poor thing! There is nothing worse than when your bits are playing up I don't reckon
