Definitely not an ingrown. I'd be so concerned if I had one this big lol

I had a Barholins cyst exactly like what you describe about 18months ago. It kinda popped by itself and GP drained it a bit more. Was embarrassing but GP said quite common. I'd never heard of it before!! My nickers rubbed for a while which probably wa the most annoying thing.

It felt weird. Hopefully you can get things sorted so you feel better soon!

I second the yoghurt. And also teatree oil in the bath, it's antibacterial.
Last year I had a whole year of vagina troubles!! Infection after infection, it was horrible I actually had some thrush cream in the cupboard so that saw me through the itching.

Hope you get to the bottom of it soon

I had a cyst too recently.. it was bloody huge... and annoying! Heat packs... they help release the pressure which causes the itchiness and pain... then ice which reduces the swelling... I went to my GP who said I did everything already and it was healing which was why it was so itchy....

When I get thrush I have a really hot bicarb bath - I find it kinda numbs the area and sooths too.
