My pain was in my chest right round to my back, it got so bad i could hardly breath and called an ambulance.
I don't think i ever vomitted but it was extremely painful, i could barely move and bearthing was difficult, it was also a lot worse after a heavy oily meal.
If you suspect you have them go to your GP and ask for an ultrasound.
