I had it as a teenager. I ended up having to get my appendix removed at the same time. I just remember it was an awful time. I was so tired and so unwell for about 6 weeks all up.

I had it in my late teens and got bug after bug after bug I was so run down. I was pretty sick for a good 2 - 3 months then improved slowly. Everyone kept telling me I'd get chronic fatigue, and whilst I did slow down and feel tired a lot, I tried not to listen as I didn't want to be convinced I would get it/have it, if that makes sense? It was tough, and that was as a teenager and I took a couple of months off work, I can't imagine how tough it must be with two littlies and a household to take care ofgo easy on yourself okay
