When I was TTC I had a rough time taking my temp each morning but I found that when I started 'reporting' on it each day in the TTC threads in BB it came more of a thing that I remembered to do... it might sound silly but what about if you 'reported' to a BB thread about your medication taking each day???

As I said it might sound silly but is just the sort of thing that would work for me

I am another one for the mobile phone alarm, and if you cant take it when the alarm goes off, make sure you set another alarm for when you can take it, so you remember... Don't assume you will just remember...

I hated taking mine Sarah, I hear ya.
I agree on the routine thing though. Make it part of the same thing you do everyday. I took mine as soon as I got up, then made beds, dressed the kids, got Darcy's brekkie, made mine and then half an hour was up and I could eat.

The alarm on the phone is a great idea and most phones have the option to have the same reminder go off everyday. The way i remember my medication is i have it on top of my fridge and so when i am organising dinner i see it up there and i know to have it after dinner.

    Good luck! xxx

I only take mine in the morning, and when i'm on something extra like a/b i'm pretty poor at remembering, so its hard with the before/after food.

What i do is have a big dosette box, so i put my weekly pills into that (i had to get the giant size one as i take so many different tablets), and then that goes on top of the coffee, and so every morning after i say my morning prayers i always go and have a coffee, and i take my tablets whilst waiting for the kettle to boil.

In terms of those tablets i forget very rarely, and once i got into a pattern of taking it i was fine.. when i was pregnant i would always forget, but now i think i'ld be much better.

If i were you i would put an alarm on my phone, and after a few months it will become so routine for you.

DD1 is on twice daily meds and she always reminds me that my meds are due and which ones are due when.... it helps that she is such a creature of habit. I would go the phone method, my good friend does it that way.
