I have Hashimoto's as well and I use my mobile phone alarm as a reminder but to begin with because I brush my teeth religiously in the morning I used to blue tac the empty sleeve to the mirror, it would always catch my eye in the morning and i would remember to take them!!!!!!!!!! TRY THAT ONE!!!!!!!!!!
