I've never had it before, believe it it not!

I've had a mild cold since Thursday, mainly sore throat and runny nose. At the point where it's either going to get better or worse.

Last night I started getting stomach pains - the ones that say go to the toilet NOW! Went to the loo and it was liquid. About seven times in the course of four hours. No pain in stomach today and haven't felt like I need to go to the loo either.

Woke up this morning feeling off. Have had a busy morning out and about. Got home and had leftover spaghetti for lunch. Started to feel really unwell. In the past 10 minutes, I've thrown up twice but both times it's been nothing much.

Is this what gastro is and I need to ride it out? Haven't seen anyone other than DH up until last night and he hasn't been sick so not sure where this has come from. Symptoms of pre labour? Still a few weeks to go though.
