Has anyone taken Mintec for IBS ??

I've never been officially diagnosed with IBS and have had tests done but when i fell pg with Kimberley and moved here noting more was done.

I'm okayish when i am pregnant but lately i have been really bad.

Does anyone know also what is safe to take when you are pregnant ?
