Are you sure the local anaesthetic not working was just a one off? Maybe just because it wasn't very effective at 15 years old, doesn't mean it won't work now? Or, you could try it with just PF? I'd be really concerned about going under GA when preg for teeth extraction. Huge I have a thing with mouths and dentistry that makes me feel a kittle dizzy, so I can understand where you're coming from.
