It could be. I have lower back issues - a disc that prolapses frequently (or did until I did extensive rehab) and has compression touching nerves. It affects my lower two discs (L4/L5 and L5/S1). I get that swelling filling in my lower back when AF is due or my disc slips. I get migranes when a disc hits a nerve more than normal. I also get them when my body compensates for pain by adjusting my posture and gait. It's a viscous circle. But if the migrane is persistent, you should really get it checked out. A massage or osteo treatment might help greatly with the migrane and also with the lower back. Arthritis is definatley a killer in this colder weather. Mine is also playing up big time and we've just adjusted my meds which has actually got me feeling better than ever before!

hmmm, thanks for the info MG.

Strangely enough - no migraine or lower back pain today ... if it happens again, but persists I will definately see a Dr.
