There are lots of different types of virus and immune responses that cause them, did she tell you what the warts are called? I had a plantar (sp?) wart it was contagious, my feral housemate had them all over his feet and showered and didnt tell anyone else he had them so we all got them and after all the treatments from the drs it was actually some nasty self slicing that got rid of mine permanently *disclaimer* monkey see monkey don't!
