I don't quite know how to have that conversation... I can't think of anyone who I could hit up for breast-milk in the face.
I guess it could be hard. Gee, I have to express most nights because I have a big supply and DD2 sleeps through. I should be bottling it for people for pimples.

Other then that I am with Junglemum, my face becomes worse the more product I use. At most I only ever use whitch hazel to give my self a really good clean once a week.

    More drugs

I use a drug called minocycline (I think) low grade antibiotic. Works great doesn't interfere with my pill.

Change your pillowcase every morning. I know it sounds weird, but I have heard this from SOOO many people that it works. Also if you wear foundation etc, get rid of any sponges you might have.

And don't buy drugs from spammers. Mmmmkay.

i only scrub my face once a week, twice at the most.. i find i break out even more if i do it more often

witch hazel is good for me, also a pimple cream called oxy 10 - about 15 from the chemist for a little tube - i used it before my wedding and my face/chest & back were perfect.. i use it every now and then now cuz i dont want my face to get used to like it does with everything else

    Another pimple-faced mummy here!
I use a small amount of a a mild, oil free, soap free cleanser (I'm using an olay oil/soap free cleanser for sensitive skin atm but sorbolene soap is good) on the days I wear make up, otherwise just water. Same for the moisturiser. I did try a seaweed cleanser and toner I got from the Body Shop a while ago, and that did seem to help but it did dry my skin out so I needed to moisturise more. Drinking enough water helps, but having said all that, I still have horrible skin. It was so much better when I was pregnant, but being perpetually pregnant just to avoid pimples is a bit drastic, lol! I suppose that proves it was a hormonal thing, but that still doesn't help me much... I was thinking of trying something like Proactiv, but not sure I want to commit to all those chemicals and the effort required...

I agree, HOWEVER, when I was a teenager I had rotten acne and was prescribed a drug called minomycin...

Now I use a face brush and wash my face with that every day, then moisturise with an aloe based gel (not too oily)... I have spent a small fortune over the last few years on cleansing products (under the guidance of a beauty therapist friend - who made no $ on the products that she recommended) none of them worked really well, it's only since switching back to the face brush (after 3 years) combined with a good cleanser (I can get u the name if you are interested, I'm just feeding at the moment) that I have been really happy with my skin

    Hope this helps
