I have psoriasis and can't use my usual cream because im breastfeeding. I couldn't use it in pregnancy either so it's quite bad at the moment. I use a medicated emollient called Exorex. It's the only thing that works for me.

Good old coconut oil works wonders for me. It helps with the itch and helps take the flakiness away too. I love it!

Thanks so much! I have coconut oil on hand so will give that a go. I really should get an appointment with the visiting dermatologist and get a professional view.

I usually take slippery elm bark powder but haven't any on hand ATM.
