I don't have the info from when I had the TL done, but I do have an x-ray report that I had done not too long ago stating that there were still 2 clips and where they were. I wonder if that would be enough for them.
Plus would it be worth my DH having his sperm test done here in sydney before we go to the appointment. I wonder if they would take that into account and use it to save time both for them and us.
After you had the op did they put you on any medication to help with ovulating etc..
I am already taking metformin because I am also dealing with PCOS
(Polycystic Ovary Syndrome).

x-ray should be fine I think they just like to know how the procedure was done, clips are much better than cut or whatever else they do to sterilize. I thought they would have asked you to provide the details when you rang them, I would take the x-ray with you when you go.
Would prob be easier for you hubby to have the test done closer to home, the only reason I had it done in Melbourne was because here in Tassie we had to go to Hobart which is at the opposite end of the state to where we are. Just give them a call I`m sure that would be fine.
I was not given any medication for ovulation, wish I was though.
Don`t know if I mentioned before but af has only become regular for the last 2 months, hopefuly its a sign of good things to come.
I go for the dye test in 3 weeks (to check the tubes are clear) so if all is ok I will ask them about clomid, I believe thats a pretty good drug.
