    Restless legs/creepy crawlies

Has anyone else had this? I've had it for years and the only thing Im finding that works is laying on the cold tiles until it stops. Has anyone found anything else that works? I've had it probably 3 nights out of the last 7 and its doing my head in! I need some sleep.

I get this too, it sux! Day and night when pregnant. When Im not pregnant though, I find things tend to trigger it, like caffeine of anxiety. I was recommended a magnesium/ calcium supplement.

Yep magnesium is the go. My dad had this really badly and I told him to get magnesium and it really helped him.
