Yeah I never got pain down the inside of my leg.

Does it hurt to press down on your pubic bone?
Yep I'm at work and even struggling sitting here. Have a hot wheat bag going on. Have made an appointment with the dr for tomorrow. Can't get in today, otherwise i'd be off to see him.

Yep - sounds like you have it!! It is supposedly a genetic thing and although most people get it in pregnancy it is usually only towards the end as the relaxin allows your pelvis to open up to prepare for both. So if you get it earlier I'm afraid you will always get it in pregnancy. They also say that each pregnancy is slightly worse but I am not finding that. Not sure why!! But physios, osteos and perhaps even acupuncture are the way to go. You can also get support belts, but I have an unfounded theory that I was so careful last time that it all actually prevented my pelvis from opening up in time and DS ended up tucked up in my left hip rather than in position. But that is completely unfounded and there is actually no medical proof of that!! This time I am managing it with just visits to the osteo for the moment, but I will start Pilates with the Physios in a couple of weeks too. There is some good information on a website dedicated to the topic if you google pelvic instability.
