Depending on where it is but what about a cream that draws things out. We have something called magnaplasm (spelt wrongly) which is great. I use it on splinters etc and it does work. It also lasts forever.

There used to be a product years ago called Ingrow Go. Not sure if it is still around though - It was sold through chemists.
I just googled and yes, it is still around.
