Iv`e been reading a bit about this and yea I think that`s how it works. A 28 day cycle is most common I think but as long as af is about the same amount of days each month then that is taken as "regular".
It`s all a bit baffling for me too, I`m sure there are a lot of other ladies on this forum that would know the finer details.
