Cool, keep me posted hun! I haven't had it for a few weeks, but every time I get it I show it to my DF and of course he can't see it twitching (but I can feel it) so he says it's a cramp. Men, they have an explanation for everything !

When i had my horse riding accident, i had a compound fracture and with that i had some nerve damage in my arm and sometimes my fingers wont work and they twitch especially when i try and write. It can be embarassing because it does it randomly and so my writing goes from neat to what the hell is going on!!!! and oh my god the pain is unbearable sometimes. But i have a plate in my arm so im thinking its that.

There are some 'benign' conditions that cause twitches. I know one is called essential tremor. It is different to Parkinson's, but can present similarly at the start.

If your dr doesn't find anything, and it gets worse or you are still concerned ask to see a neurologist. But if the actual twitching doesn't worry you too much, i wouldn't stress too much about what it could be.

    take care

happens to me all the time. Mines from just nerves. Its how ur body is postoined at the time. Mine hands twitch alot if i hold it in a half egg shape. My eyelids twitch all the time. But if i get up and move around, it stops.

hollye ive had the eyelid twitch etc before too but this is very different, its not how my body is positioned as it more often than not doesnt stop when i move

Fortunately for me when i fell off the horse i instantly went into shock and adreniline (sp?) kicked in so i didn't feel much pain, it was weird though because i knew my arm was broken but it didnt hurt just felt really heavy. It was scary when i couldnt wiggle my fingers for a couple of days after my surgery, i still cant bend my little finger, sometimes my fingers seize and i can't move them at all so thats always fun haha.
