LEEP procedure CINII

HI ladies,

Just wondering if you could help me with a question, I have LEEP done 2 weeks and 2 days ago and i have had bleeding pretty much from day one there was 4 days where it was semi heavy but the rest in just like a normal period and about 2 where med-heavy discharge... i call the Dr to ask if its ok and he said but i was just wondering if you could tell me your experiences to ease my mind. Also how long can i expect this to go on?

I dont know if a LEEP is the same as a LLETZ but i had one of these done about 8 years ago and i didnt have that much bleeding at all. I also had a cone biopsy done 4 years ago and didnt have that much bleeding.....in saying that...everyone is different. But if i were you i would get it checked out

I also had LEEP for CIN III about 4 years ago and I don't remember having hardly any bleeding and that included a biopsy as well. I would say that if you are concerned definately get checked out.

I had a biopsy done for CINIII 9years ago. I had heaps of bleeding afterwards but I don't remember it lasting much more than a week.

Did your doctor give you any advice?
