Hi,

Has anyone out there got uterine fibroid/s that started degenerating and caused a miscarriage ? I was almost 21 weeks pregnant when my big fibroid started degenerating ( dying ) and I started having contractions which led to full blown labour.
My fibroid grew with IVF drugs and then the actual pregnancy hormones.

I now have an option of blocking the arteries in the fibroid to make it shrink or cut it out completely. I'd like to try again to get pregnant but I'd like to know if anyone out there has had to have a fibroid removed or embolized ( I think that's how you spell it - that's blocking the arteries done by a radiologist ), and if so, was pregnancy difficult after that ?
