UTI question for a friend

I have a friend that has like uti all the time and wants to know how to get rid of it and does anyone else get a horrible orgasmic pressure there. She is quite embarrassed and I said I would ask on here if anyone knows how to help or if they are going through the same thing

she said Drs have just laughed at her when she describes the feeling so is to embarrassed to go to another Dr. all the other natural and conventional methods to help have not worked..

So does anyone else know what she is going through or have some suggestions??

I used to get UTIs constantly, and was prescribed antibiotics so much!

I finally saw a dr (who also practised natural medicine!) and she recommended 450mL cranberry juice a day (no added sugar, though it can be sweetened with 50-100mL of pure apple or grape juice) or 250mL blueberry juice, or cranberry extract tablets (Bio-organics have one called 'cranberry 10000 + acidophilus'). I just drunk the juice, because I'm crazy and I liked it

I guess she's probably tried those though...

Goldenseal 500mg is often used ...
Also she could look around for a cranberry extract supplement that includes Uva Ursi (I know Nutra-Life make one).
BUT... she can't use those two (goldenseal or uva ursi) if she is pregnant or breastfeeding.

cranberry juice or tablets can really help
Also drinking lots of water.
Wash after sex
