did your gyn check that there was no endo outside of the uterus (like on the cervix)? that was my first clue that something was amiss as i would have intense searing pain after DTD just because it was being irritated by DH (sorry if TMI guys! LOL!). my other clue was that sometimes there would be tiny barely perceptible traces of blood...

just a thought...
