I was taking a multi by Nutrimedicine and I am having trouble getting them now so I am taking Multi Essentials by Bio Ceuticals which I will probably take in my next pg. The Nutrimedicine were recommended by a Naturopath who specialises in pre-conception and pg. I take Floradix Floravital iron because my iron levels were always low and still are.
