Wierd pains

Anyone else got any ideas?
Its still there. Started on Friday.
I think if it was my kidney it wouldn't be so far over to the side, coz I thought it might just be a kidney/urine infection.
It's more on the side but at the back.
I do have a doctors appointment tomorrow, but is there anyone who's had this or has an idea what it could be?

The only thing I can think of is your kidney?
Other than that I have no idea!
