Yes, Zoloft enhances the action of the diazepam so usually the medications are monitored closely when given in this way. What dose was the diaz?
ETA: The drugs can be used together- it is just they are known to cause these effects especially with someone who is sensitive to reactions like this. If you found the diaz benifitial then maybe you can consider discussing lowering your zoloft dose with your doctor- but I suppose then you risk throwing out the balance you have established with the zoloft IYGWIM.

Just 5mg. I guess it's the same type of med as Tramadol, given that it gave the same reaction...
No Sas, I didn't do anything as logical as that I assumed that, given that it's the same doc who prescribed both, it would be okay, but they're not infallible as I well know.
Hmm I'd be careful about taking the two.. I'm not sure, but I know most AD's I've been prescribed can't be taken with Tramadol and the like because it can induce a coma - and it was the same dr who prescribed them originally
