there are different crystals she can use, if she goes into a shop that sells them, tell her to touch them and the one she needs will feel right in her hand, she can then cleanse (put it in a pot plant for a day or so) and wear the crystal, I usually have crystals in my bra. If she is pulled towards a certain piece of crystal jewellery she can use that as well.

I charge my crystals every full moon, mine are currently being bathed in the moonlight.
