    Crystals

I'm after a bit of advice as to what crystals to use to be made in a necklace with amber for my back.

I have a significant back injury requiring many medications and heavy painkillers..
My depression and anxiety have gotten worse because of it...
Due to being so bed ridden, my weight is a big issue too...

What would you recommend? And why?
    Thanks in advance!!!

First thing that popped into my head was hematite - it is grounding (which will help keep your centred when you're on meds) and also good for pain relief. Make sure you cleanse it often though because it will suck up any negative energies quite quickly.

Have you been able to access any physical therapy/hydrotherapy to help you move forwards with healing your injury? I'm feeling a hydrotherapy pool with salt water could assist you enormously with your emotional health at this point in time. Good luck with it.

I tried hydro at our local pool but it's always so busy and it's such a long walk from the car to the pools and then the hydro pool is tucked right at the back...
I really need to start going again though...
Nothing else has been suggested as there has been no final diagnosis of injury (thanks public health!) - I'm still undergoing MRI's, nerve conduction tests and taking huge amounts of pain killers, anti inflammatories, meds for my ulcer, just had my anti depressants upped because of the toll this whole thing has taken on my life (oh yeah, what life??)...

Hematite - is that the charcoal grey stone?
I was recommend amethyst but it didn't feel...........right, I guess...

tinger ore i think its called (its like tigers eye but has iron in it) - strength
    Rose quarts - soft love
amethyst - helps with communication and (think inflmation too?)
    clear quarts - clarity
    jade - clamness
look and see what crystal calls to you if you can. even on line.

I found something called Tigers iron? It sounds similar to what you described and upon reading just ONE description I felt I NEEDED it...

Fantastic idea! I made my ds a necklace with really dark amber and I mixed in several different coloured crystals which are great for kids and I LOVE it and so does he plus everyone always asks me where he got it from. But this isn't about me! I would suggest going into a crystal shop and asking what crystals are good for the things you want to address so that you have access to lots of different ones all at the same time. There are several that you can use for some things and then go with the ones that feel right when you hold them. Take note of what they are and then order your beads based on what you find at the crystal store. Remember to cleanse all crystals before wearing them. I'm sorry you are in such a bad place, hope you improve soon.

Thanks so much guys!! You really have no idea how much I appreciate this.. I'm just coming out of a mini breakdown so the knowledge that there is light at the end of this particular tunnel is very uplifting!!!!

Cherished1 - I will try to find a crystal shop close by as that was a really great idea - can I ask how you made your own? Where you got the supplies?

Blixie - Please thank your dad for me - a big smoochy kiss! And thank you for asking him - a big hug for you as I'm sure you won't want a big smoochy kiss!

I got the crystals from Fire Mountain Gems online and the amber from Lithuania. I can't remember the name of the website! I is in my old backed up emails but I haven't put them onto my new computer. Just google it I've made ds a few different necklaces all with amber and then something else to go with it.
