A dude

There's a dude in my house. a young guy who I've seen strongly even in day time! he has freaked me out when I've come out of rooms by standing near the door way.
in some ways I'm glad its been him and not a living guy!
I've burnt white sage incense and filled the house with white light a few times.
I don't think he's the only 1 here but I don't mind them if I know they don't mind us.
I guess i'd like some advice please.
I'm totally worn out at the moment and busy trying to build myself again and I'm not keen to take on anything big by myself- if you know what I mean.
so yeah, thoughts and comments, or advice please
