I understand what you mean about the headlines on the tv, I think I managed to shut off really well for a bit last night when I was feeding DS in bed...but I fell asleep! Anytime I close my eyes now I fall asleep lol...but I will keep trying! I used to do it every day but just don't have time now.

Ok I have another q with this...if I have stopped seeing all of the feathers and birds would that mean I have recieved the message? I had stopped noticing them for a few weeks. Though today I have saw a little fluffy feather floating in the air in front of my face....would that mean there's a new message???
