That is a very special skill being able to be so intuned with people and things such as your hot water system.
Me and DP are very intuned. I will think something and he will say it, it can be completely random or seeing something and i think something nice or bad and he will say my exact thought! or when i got to ring him my phone starts ringing and the same with him.
This could just be the beginning of developing your Psychic skills... even if it seems worthless or silly now, try doing it with something else - like who's on the phone when it rings.
I like to watch Deal or No Deal and try to guess the amounts I get about 5 right a night (if I can concentrate!).
Agree 100% with Nettie - this is showing that you can use this intuitive present-state information to help with practical situations. Try: "sensing" (rather than looking) where the empty carparking space is, where something is in the house that you're looking for, where a person is that you're meeting/is coming to the house. Gets easier with practice .
