I dreamt I was pregnant with my 3rd and it was a girl. I found out a few weeks later that I was in fact pregnant and it was a girl. In Feb this year I had a 'pregnant' feeling, I did a pregnancy test and it wasn't me (phew). My sister rang me that morning to tell me she was pregnant! So yes, I think people can pick up on things like that. It seems as though a pregnancy is coming to you soon, maybe though just stop thinking about it and it will come.
