When people come into work I often know what they're going to order before they order it. I freak myself out sometimes!
I used to be able to do that too!! First when i worked in the deli- even to the point of knowing not to wrap certian things at the end of the day coz i knew someone was going to come in and want it!! And then when i worked at a pub i would have peoples drinks ready before they came to the bar!! It was a skill that makde for great customer service!!
