ok had my mirena put in 3 week ago today.

well had cramping on and off which i remember from last time.

but i have ahd constant bleeding some days bright red, some days brownish.

it gets heavy then light then only spots.

but when i feel for teh strings they feel VERY long and my cervix feels very low and openish..

im worried it may eb falling out
i get spasms of pain come and go and have been nauseus on and of for a week
