Thankfully the pain did ease a little after that first night, and has stayed just around the "moderate" level since then. Lol, heavy doesn't begin to describe the last two days though!

It seems the heaviness may have eased off in the last hour or so, so FX that's the worst of it over. Next step will be to do our best to avoid another AF next month...
