Thanks hun! xx
it's a little daunting, the whole prospect of pouring ashes into this tiny vile... i get the shakes when I think about accidentally spilling some on the kitchen floor or something oO;
i decided to leave it... too many things could go wrong - losing the necklace... the thingy coming apart.. getting ask everywhere trying to get it into to pendant! haha
look how chubby cameron is! so cute!
eta... seeing the settings almost makes me reconsider tho!
I've heard you can also have a loved one's ashes turned into a stone (like a diamond) and set into a piece of jewellery? It would probably be pretty exxy and I don't know if you can get it done in Australia, but I thought it was a really nice idea when I heard it.
I know you decided against it, but just in case other people are interested I got this one:
Sterling Silver Eternity Circle Memorial Locket - Miniature Cremation Urn
I really love the actual pendant bit but the satin strap is a little annoying. A silver chain would have been better.
I was really nervous about getting the ashes in too so my husband did it. It comes with a little funnel and he did it over a clean sheet of white paper so he could pour any spilled ashes back into the urn.
