    Should be the same as the Victorian ones, I think. Ianto's has his name, then in capitals beside it: STILLBIRTH. I was expecting it, but it didn't make me any less sick to see it We have commemorative/decorative ones, too, and only one of them doesn't have it on there. I'll add more in the morning if you'd like, I can go get them then to make 100% certain I'm right? If you do, PM me and I'll look for you

    My sister died 2 days after she was born at 24weeks. On my birth cert. I have both my sisters names and beside Joannas there are the very sad word deceased!

    TeniBear that must have been very hard for you to read. I am glad that you have one cert that just celebrates his birth!

    Harrison & Anelise's birth certificates have their siblings stated like this;
    DS1 - Age
    DD1 - Age
    Noah - Stillborn

    It is very heartbreaking to see. I have never applied for Noah's birth certificate... it is something I am working up to.

    Thanks for sharing. My mate received the official birth certificate and it had her 'bub's name -stillborn' written. The commemorative certificate just had his name on it. At least she was kinda prepared because i passed on the info from this thread.

    You're a good friend Kate. I am glad she was somewhat prepared for this.
