How long till symptoms go?

I am booked in to see the doc today as I still have m/s and sore breasts (the two annoying me the most) so will see how that goes.

Being sent for blood tests to make sure HCG is gone and then if it is, further testing to see why I'm getting pregnancy like symptoms including iron levels

My symptoms never went as I went straight into another pregnancy. My baby is soon to be 3
