Tanya i just saw your post and i am so truly deeply sorry!. Your emotions are all over the place and that is understandable. But please do not give up, it does not mean that you are not meant to have another one, it is one of those awful natural occurances that just happens. Tanya - good on your Mum and sis for doing your dishes. Though small, I am sure having one less thing to worry about was wonderful.
It sounds like you are in good spirits (well.. better spirits). Hugs for Alecia too... Esp. since she has seen and remembered you being pregnant and having Emily and Violet.... she'd have such an appreciation for the wonders of motherhood beyond other girls her age.
I hope the u/s reveals good things and you're able to jump back on to the TTC wagon ASAP.
No matter what im going to say, its not going to take away your hurt. Im just so shell shocked.

Bec, my u/s is at 11:30 tomorrow morning... my sistre is coming with me (she is a nurse and her shift starts shorty afterwards) and Wato is looking after the girls.
