I believe I had a miscarriage on Saturday, there was a lot of blood and I had a backache, neither of which I normally get during a period. The pregnancy symptoms are also all gone. I was only bleeding for a couple of days, and it's stopped now. (Sorry if that's tmi).

Anyway, yesterday I noticed a weird smell, and today I am having slight uterine cramps. I have been reading about it online, and everywhere about infections say the smell should be really foul and the pain really bad, but for me it's only very mild symptoms, but I am worried anyway.

How bad does it have to be before it warrants seeing a GP about it, without being labelled a hypochondriac? My regular GP is away until next week, and I don't particularly like the other female GP at the medical centre, because she didn't even believe me when I said I was pregnant and she will prolly not believe I had a miscarriage...
