Not sure if I am miscarrying

Oh Bella, I hope its a false alarm and everything is ok, I cant imagine how worrying this is.
I had some spotting and bleeding when I was pregnant with Bailey and everything turned out just fine - I am thinking of you and hoping it turns out the same, I am telling you this with hope it will reassure you that it doesn't always mean a miscarriage. However things turn out, much love to you, DH and J

but somehow I think it is gonna be sad news. At least the morning will tell.. I appreciate the support I really do. I don't know what I would do without the sisterhood.
