SJ - I have had bleeding 3 times so far with this pregnancy and all of them started as a red bleed - mainly on wiping but starting with a gush. It felt like I had wet my pants each time. So far things are ok. It can be normal to have bleeding in pregnancy but it is scary as hell and it doesn't get any easier. Where are you located?? If in Sydney PM me

With my M/C the blood was brown and when I had DD it was brown and then red and some biggisg clots and she was fine so fingers crossed - thinking of you.

SaraJane...I wanted to pop in and tell you it's hard to do but try to stay relaxed and calm until you've had some bloodwork and/or u/s lots of ladies bleed during pregnancy and everything turns out just fine. It is all very scary to say the least especialy when you want baby soooo much. Keeping you in my thoughts gurlie!

Oh Sara i couldn't believe it when i just read this post
hang in there buddy, it may be a small clot somewhere that happens to some women in pregnancy and can happen at any stage of pregnancy.....
I would go straight to the hospital NOW and order a scan immediately. You are pregnant so they should do that for you without you having to wait days....

Order some more blood work today too to compare to those levels you had the other day, which were 'fantastic' levels you have had strong pregnancy symptoms and very nauseous so they are all great signs.... keep strong babe, it must be sooo scary for you right now because i would be the same in your shoes.
