Personally I have kept all of mine as they are the only proof that I was pregnant and expecting a baby. I sometimes use them to compare with a new pregnancy to see if they are the same, better or worse for measurements but really just a keepsake of a baby I could have had and now an angel.
My most poignant scans pic are of Annabelle. I have 4 sets of hers and the last at 28 wks showing how perfect she was, the white halo around her head showing how much hair she had even then (black curls). She died at 31 weeks.
It is a personal decision but one you can't make too quickly. Maybe you could put them out of sight somewhere.. but I guess by now as this thread is older you have already parted with them. I have the new scans which are on CD kept in the bottom of the drawer with my journals and nighties. The bigger older style scan pics are in their envelopes under the dressing table out of the way.
hugs hun though because none of us should have to have pictures that we don't know what to do with. We should all have smiling baby pictures.
