I'm not sure of the rest, but Bonnie Babes doesn't exist anymore so that's redundant... The Vic SIDS & Kids number looks familiar but I haven't called them since they merged with the NSW office. They may have changed their number or kept the individual ones.

I'll try to come back and check once I get a chance, if no-one else does
