Thinking of you Jo. I too have been there before and to date, I have had 5 D&Cs to fix up failed pg. Like the other girls said, the procedures are quick and relatively painless - but the emotional bit can be a bit tricky to deal with...especially if it is all unexpected.

Mind you, although your levels are not doubling, they are still pretty high for were you are, and HCG does tend to become less reliable as pg progresses. That's why they normally stop blood work in favour of u/s, as soon as they can.
