Not crazy at all hun. I have massive break downs whenever we move due to having to pack Noah's ashes and ornaments away in order to move. It is always the last stuff to be packed and the first things unpacked. Doing so however breaks my heart everytime as it just seems so wrong and I can never get everything how it was. We're also about to move Noah's things into a different cabinet and I am having mini heart attacks at the thought.
