please need some advise massive roller coaster feel so helpless!!!!

Found out i was pregnant 14th October, DP and i have been TTC and started spotting more so when i wiped on Wednesday lightly like a brown color Wasnt to worried at first but then that night changed color was only when i wiped. then that morning it was a bit heavier went to docs who said it was most likely a miscarriage like i had suspected. Got more bloods done weekly to check my hcg levels were decreasing had a doctors appointent a few days ago and the doctor was dumbfounded as my hcg levels have risen but slowly...

17 October 32 hcg
24 October 293 hcg

doctors ordered me to get a ultrasound straight away and more bloods.. found nothing in my uterus but something on one of my ovaries..
first thought that comes to mind is ectopic but have no other symptoms no pain otherwise well.
( might add i still feel pregnant breasts swollen and sore nausea exhaustion)

3rd blood work comes back :
30TH OCTOBER 692 HCG

get told i need to get straight to tweed hospital be prepared i may need to stay in hospital and may need an opperation etc
Get there and they take more blood and have no idea whats going on.. but tell me they will have to keep taking bloods every 2 days and see if its doubled that i may still have a viable pregnancy or it may be something else.. but to go home and be prepared if i get any pain or bleeding to get to my nearest emergency department as i could bleed internally and my tubes could rupture if it ends up being ectopic..

So now im left feeling so confused a chance there could still be a baby in there or it could be something else on the riskier end it could be ectopic.. now im freaking out and have to wait till tomorow to see if my hcg has doubled (apparently you cant see the baby if there is one untill its at 1500 hcg)

ANYONE ELSE HAD ANY SIMILAR OR low rising hcg in early pregnancy please help feel so lost !!

I'm sorry you are going through this. I had slow rising HCG with my DS1. It can be a common sign of miscarriage but for me it turned out okay. I had bleeding at 5 weeks and a blood test showing poor HCG levels. After two days I had an increase in HCG but not doubling. Two days after that it still wasn't doubling but still increasing. Basically my FS said, look we won't know for sure either way until the pg is big enough to see a heart beat on an US. I had to wait two weeks not knowing if I was or wasn't pg. I had an US done at about 7.5 weeks and sure enough there was a heart beat.

Thanks so much for your reply it's good to get a positive outcome from similar symptoms I'm having went back to the hospital yesterday my hcg has rose to 1100 but still hasn't doubled have to wait till tomorow now to see if it's gotten to 1500 so I can get another ultrasound to see if there's a viable pregnancy the doctor doesn't give me much hope and says if it doesn't come back I'll have to have a methotrexate injection they think it may be tubal as my hcg levels sent rising appropriately I'm a mess I feel so alone dp isn't taking it so well and us burying himself in work making me feel so alone!! I don't no what to think

Butterfly child I am going through something similar right now. Had brown spotting, then red bleeding, then clots, then it stopped after 3 days. (Normal period for me is much heavier at 7 days long). Had HCG on Saturday, was 18500, then yesterday was 24200. So it had increased but not doubled. My dates are a bit messed up though as my last period stopped for 3 days then continued so my doctor took the second half as the start of my period ... which means I am 5+5 weeks and she says HCG slows down after 6 weeks. So I could technically be further along hence the slow increase. Have to wait until next Friday for a dating scan now. I think some doctors say stuff that just upset people. I am just trying to stay optimistic. Hugs to you xx Here's hoping it works out for us both!

Butterfly Child I hope you're doing ok? What was the outcome? I'm experiencing something on a much lesser scale, after BFP Monday last week my levels were very low (21) but magically doubled, after follow up blood tests, before dropping again. I'm getting blood tests every 2 days, but FS told me to expect to miscarry sometime soon. Boobs are still tender but not like last week. Sending you big hugs!
