I'm pretty sure it's my SIL again, she was charged 18mths ago for this exact same thing and she's causing trouble with her son who they have disowned. She is such a sick woman but wont seek help. The caretakers were cleaning Emmanuel's headstone so I only saw half of it but it was enough.

No security cameras unfortunately but the caretaker took photos which I'll get tomorrow, the damage is very similar to last time.

Why would someone do such a thing. I agree with Heather72, I hope they have security camera's around! Did your SIL do this exact same thing before to your son's grave? So low!
