tribal baby is a great site isnt! I dont think you have left it too late. We have been putting DS on the toilet from about 10 months. He still does wee in his nappy but if i can ctach him for a poo he does it in the toilet. It only took a couple of weeks for him to know what it was for and now does most poos on the tiolet. So i say give it a go if you want! Keep in mind its very time consuming!

Hey marcellus that's great! I don't think you have left it too late at all. Apparently it's best to start before they get too mobile. My DS is 15 months and we are starting soon but taking it slow. No pressure as he is a bit older but not quite old enough!! If that make sense.
