Hello All,

Been awhile since i've been on BB but my DD is now 19 months and is a little gem! (Proud mummy alert).

Anyway a friend's DD is 3 days older than my DD and recently had a proud potty moment without any prompting and so i'm thinking of getting DD a potty just so that she gets used to it (had been contemplating it anyway after another friend had lots of issues TT'ing her DD). I want to make sure she isn't afraid of it etc when the actual time comes. I'm pretty sure I won't try any TT until next summer (as recommended in many threads) but there are so many different types of potties out there that I'm struggling to work out which type to get..

So essentially i just want one that can sit in our bathroom, DD can check it out, get used to the idea in plenty of time before we try any official TT'ing later this year when she will be about 26 months.

DD will tell me if she has done #2 and says "poo" so I know it's a start but I'm in no rush.

I've seen ones which make a flush noise, have a toilet roll holder and all sorts but am looking for some suggestions..

Thanks.
